Large Giclee prints are dispatched rolled in cardboard tubes as this offers the best protection available. Smaller prints may be dispatched in protective envelopes.

All items are packed carefully with the intention that they reach their destination safely and undamaged. However once they leave our premises their safety is no longer in our hands and subsequently accidents and damage may occur in transit. If this is the case then please contact us immediately with details of the damaged item, a replacement will be dispatched.
